While surfing the tube I came across this video of Dolph Lundgren the actor doing an exercise video. That dude has played some seriously stout characters over the years. The video doesn't tell you how long to rest between sets so you have to use some common sense.
If you are beginner than you should contact a doctor to make sure you are fit enough to exercise. I know that statement sounds a bit double minded but you need to start slow and work your way up.
